This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website or send a speaking inquiry. It applies to this website and its subpages.

2. Visiting the website

When you load the website, technical access data such as your IP address, time of access, requested page and browser or device information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. The website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. The website operator does not run its own visitor analytics or advertising trackers in the page code. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.

Technical data is processed for the operation, availability and security of the website. Hosting infrastructure and its suppliers may process data outside Switzerland. The applicable hosting locations and transfer terms depend on the agreement for this Site and should be confirmed with the provider.

3. Contact and speaking inquiries

If you contact us by email or form, we process your address, message and the information you provide to answer your inquiry. The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Speaking inquiries may optionally include your organization, topic, preferred date, city and country. These details are not used for newsletters or automated profiling.

When you submit the speaking form, your browser sends the entered data to FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which forwards the inquiry by email to us. FormSubmit states that it keeps submissions in its archive for 30 days. Please do not include sensitive health, payment-card or other confidential data in the free-text field. As an alternative, you can contact us directly by email.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to process the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by applicable retention duties. We review whether it is still needed and delete it when the purpose and duties no longer apply.

4. Recipients and cross-border processing

To operate the site and respond to inquiries, data may be received by OpenAI as hosting provider, FormSubmit for the speaking form and the providers of our email service. These services may use infrastructure outside Switzerland. Details of countries and any safeguards must be assessed against the current contracts and service arrangements; we do not assert a particular hosting country here. External links to other sites are only opened when you click them, and their own privacy notices apply.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use browser local storage for profiling. Your language choice is saved in browser local storage so it is retained when you move between pages. Technically necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used by the hosting infrastructure for operation and security. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required choices will be updated before it is activated.

The Life Score calculator processes ratings and answers in your browser only. If you choose “Save on this device”, up to twelve results, including answers and dates, are kept in this browser’s local storage. They are not transmitted to the website operator or synchronised between devices. You can delete saved results directly in the calculator.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request information about your personal data, correction or deletion, object to processing, or exercise other applicable rights. Contact us at the address above. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.

7. Updates

We update this notice when the website, providers or data processing change. The date below identifies the current version.
